LDPE Film Sorting Facility

See it running

Recycling LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) delivers significant environmental and economic benefits. It helps conserve natural resources and reduces the amount of waste in landfills. LDPE recycling also saves energy and lowers greenhouse gas emissions. Furthermore, using recycled LDPE in the production of new products reduces manufacturing costs. As a result, LDPE recycling plays a critical role in promoting a sustainable future.

Highlights

  • Low Maintenance Cost
  • Work-Safety Compliant
  • Minimum Energy Consumption
  • High Wear Resistance

From intake to bale

Process steps

  1. 01

    Collection and Separation

Used LDPE products (bags, stretch film) are collected through waste collection systems and separated from other recyclable materials.

  2. 02

    Shredding and Washing

LDPE products are shredded into small pieces. The shredded LDPE is washed to remove dirt and other foreign matter.

  3. 03

    Melting and Granulation

The shredded LDPE is melted down into granules. These granules are used as raw material in the production of new LDPE products.

  4. 04

    Reprocessing

Recycled LDPE can be used in various applications such as garbage bags and packaging materials, construction products, garden equipment, automotive parts, and floor coverings.
