Glass Sorting Facility

Glass sorting facilities enable waste glass to be recycled and reused, reducing natural resource consumption and energy use. By preventing glass waste from persisting undecomposed in nature for long periods, these facilities prevent environmental pollution and contribute to a sustainable environment.

From intake to bale
Process steps
- 01
Collection and Transport
Plastic waste is collected from various sources and transported to the facility for processing
- 02
Sorting and Pre-Cleaning
The collected waste is separated by color, density, and type. At this stage, foreign matter (caps, labels, metal parts) and contaminants are also removed.
- 03
Shredding and Washing
The separated waste is shredded into small pieces. The shredded plastic is washed with hot water and various cleaning solutions to remove adhesive residues, oils, and other contaminants.
- 04
Drying and Flaking
The cleaned and sorted plastic pieces are dried, then packaged and made ready for reuse as raw material.
